With its waterfalls, dense forests, and wide canyon overlooks, it offers a lot of variety in one area. You’ll find everything from drive-up spots with epic views to quiet trails that lead to tucked-away waterfalls. Whether you're looking for something quick and accessible or a more adventurous hike, the Gorge gives you the flexibility to plan a day that fits your vision.
Love The Portland Area But Can't Decide On a Location?
Northern Oregon Coast

If you’re dreaming of a coastal elopement, the northern Oregon Coast is just a short drive away from Portland. From sandy beaches and rocky cliffs to forested trails and hidden coves, it’s easy to find a spot that fits your style. Places like Ecola State Park and Hug Point offer both dramatic views and quiet corners by the water. This area is a great fit for couples who don’t mind a little fog or wind and love that moody, coastal vibe. Since most of the coastline is public land, you typically don’t need a permit to elope here.
Portland Metro

You don’t have to leave the city to find beautiful, nature-filled spots to elope. The Portland metro area offers peaceful, green locations that feel worlds away, without the long drive. Forest Park has miles of wooded trails and quiet clearings. Hoyt Arboretum features sweeping views, old-growth trees, and easy access. And Leach Botanical Garden offers a more curated, garden-like feel while still being surrounded by nature. Definitely! I spend a ton of time on the local trails and know lots of quiet, beautiful spots that don’t show up on social media. I’ll help you find the perfect place that feels both peaceful and personal.

Absolutely! Most people feel that way! I’ll guide you in a way that feels relaxed and easy so you can just focus on being with each other, not the camera.
