About Me
Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m an elopement photographer based in the Pacific Northwest, but what I actually do goes far beyond photography.
I help outdoor-loving couples create intentional wedding days that feel grounded and deeply aligned with who they are. And I do it in the landscapes I know like the back of my hand.
My love for photography started with a little point-and-shoot camera back in 2004. But the seed for this business was planted in 2015, when my husband and I chose to elope.
Back then, resources were almost nonexistent for couples choosing a less traditional path. So I’ve made it part of my mission to be the kind of support I wish we had. I’m here to make your day feel easy, honest, and entirely your own.

Why I Do This
Because I’ve stood in your shoes, literally and emotionally.
I know what it’s like to want something intimate and true to you, but feel unsure where to start. I believe in slowing down, in doing things with intention, and in honoring the wild places we love. I’m Leave No Trace Certified, Wilderness First Aid Certified, and always thinking about how to protect both your experience and the environment.
Whether I’m guiding you to a quiet overlook at sunrise or helping you build a timeline that leaves room for stillness, this work means something to me. And I want it to mean something to you, too.

I don’t just show up with a camera. I show up with maps, backup plans, local insight, and a deep respect for both your story and the land you’re standing on.
I’ve spent years hiking and backpacking all over the Pacific Northwest. I know which trails see less foot traffic, how to prep for weather shifts, and where the light tends to hit just right.
But more than that, I’ll help you stay grounded in what matters, and make sure it’s all captured honestly, beautifully, and with heart.
